Yes. You can list your quota for sale anytime after maintaining your investment for a minimum duration of 18 months. our team will help promote and sell your quota on a best efforts basis.

We overlook the management of properties that are listed or held on the platform  fractionally, either directly or via 3rd party property management companies.

Yes. You will own a share in the property SPV. Your share price is determined by your fraction value at closing and valued according to sale price according to market demand at exit.

So yes, you do  own a share in the property, and all the benefits that come with it, without the hassle of managing it or transfer of ownership.

If the property is a hotel or serviced apartment type, and available during the dates of your stay , you are more than welcome to book it, a booking link will be shared in your profile to reserve the unit (if available).

Considering other owners' interests, no discounts are provided unless decided otherwise by the management company to announce discounted rates through booking platforms to apply to all users.

While we will facilitate and overlook this process on your behalf, property Management may be designated through 3rd party Management companies. If the property is a Hotel or service apartment; The property may be listed on platforms such as Airbnb or booking for short stay bookings or rented out long term. This decision is at the discretion of the Management company depending on which given opportunity will yield the highest return for owners and the property type,

It may be that your asking price is too high. Try to adjust your price to match market demand, We will always provide our best efforts to actively promote and market listings.

Our legal structure protects property owners by localizing ownership of every property in a separate and independent legal entity. mitigating risks and isolating the property from exposure
